By creating an account or using Nutreefit you accept these terms. If you don't agree, you shouldn't use the app.
Nutreefit is a nutrition and training app: a macro calculator, meal and workout logging, AI features (recipe, routine, and report generation), a social community, and a training partner finder ("Train Together").
Nutreefit does not replace the advice of a qualified doctor, nutritionist, or personal trainer. The calories, macros, workout routines, and reports generated (including those generated by AI) are generic guidance, not personalized medical advice. Consult a professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.
You remain the owner of what you post (photos, posts, recipes, routines). By posting it within the app, you give us permission to store it and show it to other users according to the visibility you choose (for example, a public post in the feed is seen by other users; a private progress photo is seen only by you).

This feature connects you with other users to train together in person. Nutreefit does not verify users' identities and is not responsible for what happens at meetups outside the app. Use common sense: meet in a public place first, tell someone you trust where you're going, and report any inappropriate behavior to us.
Nutreefit can be used for free, including every AI feature, with a daily or weekly usage limit on each one. The Premium subscription is voluntary, helps cover the real cost of servers and AI, and in exchange removes ads, adds a badge and raises those usage limits (for example, from 5 to 50 food photo analyses per day, or from 15 to 100 messages with NutriCoach). No feature is exclusive to Premium: the difference is how much you can use them, not what you can do. You can also earn occasional extra uses by watching a rewarded ad, at no cost. The subscription is managed through RevenueCat and the corresponding app store (App Store / Google Play), and is governed by their billing and cancellation policies. If you subscribe from the European Union you have a 14-day right of withdrawal; as this is digital content with immediate access, by subscribing you agree that performance begins straight away. Refunds are handled through the store where you subscribed.
The Nutreefit brand, design, and code are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app without permission.
Nutreefit is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the app will be error-free at all times, nor that the calculations, recommendations, or AI-generated content will always be accurate. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
You can delete your account anytime from your profile. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, especially for abusive behavior toward other users.
We may update these terms; if the change is significant, we'll notify you within the app.

If you see content that breaks these rules, or someone’s behaviour makes you uncomfortable, write to that same address naming the user or the post: we review every report and may remove content or suspend accounts. These terms are governed by Spanish law; if you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
